FIFA launches an investigation into the anti-Semitic chants of Mexico supporters.

FIFA launched an inquiry on Wednesday. After hearing possible racial shouts from Mexico fans.

The El Tri matches have occasionally been stopped due to a three-step system put in place to stop the offensive yells, although 

the Mexican Football Federation (FMF) has already been sanctioned by FIFA because of a repeated anti-gay goalie chant.

According to the statement, it is unclear whether the most recent FIFA investigation is a result of the anti-gay chant

The Ecuadorian Football Association was also under investigation, according to a FIFA statement on Tuesday, for 

chants by Ecuadorian supporters during the Qatar v. Ecuador FIFA World Cup match played on November 20."
